I wouldn't need a WCIF if I could remember what you call these things. It's not a skin for a sim, or a CAS background.[ What I want is to turn all that cute blue interface in the bottom left into some kind of white on black background monstrosity that has utility but looks ugly. I find it difficult to search the downloads when I don't know what to type. I used to see that interface as plain as you do, but years go on, and my health means that blue on blue features are illegible. It's a real need, not a style point. Thank you , TYVM for your help.

It's possible to change the colors with an interface mod. Not sure if you can change the overall look of it, but if you only need a color change, here are some you can take a look at. Be aware that they might be outdated, so check compability and all that before you download.

Simmer 22 THANKS .. Yes a User Interface is exactly what I want.. Perhaps I can make my own . I'm happy with changes to the user interface. One thing we cannot change is the games themselves. No publisher has done that for my favorite titles.. sigh. I already view my webpages in plain black and white and MTS2 themes are pretty useful already.

UI are not intended to change the text in this game, but I use a magnifier for that. I'll have to look for another kind of download for this other purpose. Small blue on blue text like neighborhood descriptions could be white on black too..
