For the Adults Only Door try Back Alley Sims. It's an adult site, so I won't link you directly, but it's easy to find on Google.

I guess it didn't come up because I searched for 'door' instead of 'doors.' Thanks. I'll give this a try and see if I can disable the part where it changes the clothing options.
