Default Double roof!
Here's the historic Steam & Steel Works, a marvel of turn-of-the-century architecture, with its double roof! You just have to see it at night, festooned like a christmas tree, lighting up the neighborhood!

This community lot has been completely remodeled to boast a large swimming pool, and lots of shopping space.

You comments are welcome. It was an interesting hack.

Well, it was interesting. I created a large first floor, put a one-sided roof on it, then starting building floors along the roof-walls. Then I deleted the roof-walls, and added the new roofs underneath...

Makes for a cool effect. Kind of like a giant solar panel.
