Ok I found both sets of hats on the Wayback Machine but I am confused on how to download them. http://web.archive.org/web/20151015...ad.php?t=442155 and http://web.archive.org/web/20151024...ad.php?t=391161 On each item it still shows "Page cannot be displayed due to robots.txt." Actually everything I have wanted to download shows that. How do you get past it. So confused

You have to delete the first link. If your Wayback link looks like this:
http://web.archive.org/web/20151015130539/ [space] http://chii.modthesims.info/getfile.php?file=1198137

You need to leave only this part:
http://chii.modthesims.info/getfile.php?file=1198137

* Without the [space] part, I included that so the link wasn't shortened.
