This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, Late Night
Default I don't see animations .-.
So, I was playing the game and, when I used the teleport cheat, there wasn't any animation, (The effect that you see when the sim teleports), It was strange, the effect of biting an human (Bats and red weverywhere) is also gone. All the "special effects" are gone, what happened? ._.

I'm guessing you probably have an outdated hack, most likely a no blur hack. They're known to cause issues with effects.
