Does anyone else think the TV is OP? It gives too much fun boost, rendering stuff such as toys for kids useless. And gardening should only boost the fun of sims with interest in environment. I'm looking for hacks that affect these two activities.

Failing that, can somebody direct me to a modding tutorial? I assume I'd just have to change a couple BCONs... but I don't know where to locate them, nor how to actually create new package files.
