I got it today! They asked for my codes but I wasn't at home to give them to them but they were able to look up my account from the old TS2 website and was able to see all TS2 games that I had registered. If you remember your old username and you registered your games a long time ago then try suggesting that!

They really are. You have to try a couple times - tell them you have the base game but your computer doesn't have a disk slot. Provide them with your base game code and they should give it to you.

I agree - keep on bothering them until they give it to you (seems to me you just have to find a nice person to talk to).
