I have a chin slider that adjusts the chin-to-neck area. Helps to raise that area so they don't look like they're on the verge of a double-chin. Will this slider conflict with that one?

I don't think they will conflict, but only way to know for sure is to try it.

Is the compatibility based on EP or patch, meaning will it work with 1.31 since apparently they made some changes in CAS with the new patch?

thank you! i missed the fact we had more flexibility in making sims in TS2, and now i can make sims with differently shaped chins ^.^

I don't know, Katherine. It should, but that's a really old patch. It works fine with 1.48 that I'm using now.
