This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons, University Life, Island Paradise, Into the Future
Default Sims 3 Showtime. Venue set items going into family inventory after a gig.
When I play a Sim in the Showtime acrobat career and use my own stage set, items from the venues existing set go into the family inventory. This is something I only recently noticed, I've not played the Showtime features for a while, so how long its been going on I'm not sure! Not sure yet if it does the same with the singer and magician careers. I've a few mods installed. The game is patched to 1.67. Can anybody help?

It will go your inventory so you can reuse it. It has happens to me, so I think this may not be a glitch.
