I want to start making cc for sims 4. Where do I start.
I've tried looking up tutorials, but they seem hard to come across. Maybe because sims 4 is so new? I'm not completely sure.
I just have a couple questions regarding starting to make cc:
do I need photoshop?
what other programs do i need?
can you link me to any tutorials?

I found a tutorial on converting sims 3 cc to sims 4, and I would be very interested in doing that.
But just looking at everything you need to do seems so overwhelming.

Any words of advice.
Seriously, anything would help me out!

It all depends on what kind of CC you want to create. But as Leefish stated above, you should start by checking the link!
The Sims 4! Weirder Sims! Aren't they weird!? Look how weird they are! Bet you can't wait to see how weird their stories are!?

I recommend starting with recoloring. That is easiest to do, and if you have any kind of artistic skills at all, you can make some nice things with a little attention to detail. Use Sims 4 Studio and Paint.net to get started.
