Default WCIF a list of all the cheats?
Just learned about the userstartup cheat file--- I've seen some examples and there are some cheats I haven't heard of.

I've tried to tack down a full list, but haven't been able to find one. As an example, I saw an example of a list with a cheat for total number of Humans allowed--- but I have not seen that cheat command on any list. Is there a complete list anywhere?

There's a fairly comprehensive list in the readme that comes with the game - look at the version for your latest EP and you will get most of the common ones though there are some important ones missing (such as Debug Mode).
