Hello everyone! I am looking for a larger family mod which allows you to move in more sims. The mod I am currently using allows for more than 8 sims per lot, but the sims have to be born into the family. I am looking for a mod where even if there are more than 8 members, you can still ask other sims to move in.

BoilingOil's comment: In fact, what it does is ALWAYS reporting that only one single sim lives on the lot with no pets in sight, and that you can go on adding more. So there's room for unlimited sims and unlimited pets.

In fact, the settings in your UserStartup.cheat are the only limitation, and those only work in neighborhood view. You could set it up to read:

uintProp maxTotalSims 200
uintProp maxTotalHumans 200
uintProp maxTotalPets 199

That way, you could store a total of 200 creatures on the lot, in any combination of pets and/or sims. But in-game, while playing the lot, there's actually no limitations at all!

BO set his mod to 255.

To many sims on a lot will lag it so be careful how many you add to each lot.

With BO's mod you can have as many babies and move in any sim up to 255 sims total.

To add sims from hood view you must have an user start up file as stated above but the numbers do not need to be that high.

Here is what I have in mine.

uintProp maxTotalSims 50
uintProp maxTotalHumans 35
uintProp maxTotalPets 15
