Hello everyone is there a hack that will allow a dog or cat to get FREE food, instead of Sims paying $10 simoleon each time the pet food dish get empty?
I do have a mod for the dog to hunt the critters than eat them, I know it's only a game but, I can't stand to see it happen every animal on the mod list I like and have been around as a child.
I just feel funny inside when it happen when I see the pet dog hunt kill and eat, and I could "never " use the birds in the mod, because I have two Parrot that been with me for years, and a lot of those animals I have been around as a child,

Oh and the Cockroaches yes I been around them too LMAO

If you have Sim Blender, under the Misc menu you can fill the pet food dishes for free.

There is also an automatic feeder. Someone last year did a heap of recolours, maybe someone will know where that is. The original mesh was on the graveyard but I think they included it in the recolour upload. It might have been on GOS.

I found the auto dish http://sims.jfade.com/index.php?category=1&subcat=1 but not the recolours. This one is different from the converted story one. My files say the recolours are by Goat.

The auto feeder does need to be refilled, just not as often. But since when was pet food free anyway. XD

Hahaha lol yes that true pet food is not free, but this is for my Sims who is a "hermit" who live with his pet dog.
And since he do not work and he is living off his crops, painting and soon to be novel he need to watch his money that why I want free food for the dog.

It's a pity that dogs can't eat fish. If he had a cat then you could have just given him a pond and let him catch dinner.

You don't need Pet Stories, that's a separate game not an EP. They converted it from Pet Stories for sims 2.

@ ekrubynaffit I went back to Squinge mod at http://www.insimenator.org/index.php/topic,27631.0.html and downloaded the "bottomless pet dish", it came with a txt note from what it said the pet dish will stay filled and clean.
