This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons, University Life, Island Paradise, Into the Future
Default Can't install this content?
For some reason, I can't install this house. http://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail...assetId=7965563

It's just that specific house though. I've tried everything, add to game, save file, even the mega link he has on the youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ye3AYV0EBYU nothing seems to work.

Anyone know what's up? Everything else installs fine. The guy seems to have disappeared, too, so he isn't here to repack it.

I tried using the Sims3Pack fixer, but nothing happened from there. Sorry for the bump, but even fixing the bugged content doesn't actually let me install the house. It's registered as an 'object' in the sims file, is there a way I can have it register the house as a lot instead? Or am I essentially screwed?

Hi ScottAsher, this is an amazing house. Wish I could help you... Maybe your issue will be fixed. The creator gave another link to download the house, here:

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u...eras..Sims3Pack

The house is totally corrupted if you download it from the exchange, but looks totally fine with the link above. However I just downloaded it and tested it with Delphy's Tools. Sims3Pack Cleaner : OK. Then I converted the Sims3pack to packages with the Multi Installer and made a scan with the Dashboard: Everything is OK. But I didn't install the lot in my game.
Hope it will work for you. Good luck !

I both recompressed (Is that the right term?) it in Sims3Pack form and used the multi installer and made it a package, installing one and then dropping the other into the library folder. Now it's in the game. Don't know which actually worked, but thank you!

EDIT: Though, none of the CC the guy used is showing up in game. I guess that's kinda to be expected though. Only downside is it doesn't look nearly as good as it did without CC. Ah well, guess I'll just need to redecorate.
