I'm looking for mods that: 1. Make the tv quality look better 2. Make the neighborhood trees look better in lot view 3. Make the lots in neighborhood and lot view look less pixelated. Thank's to whoever can help me

TV quality has to do with the video size and format, so unless all the videos are changed, you won't get a better TV quality.

There is one way to make lots less pixellated, but it requires a lot of work and resets if you visit the lot (I think it's possibly mentioned in the topic above). The best way is to download some good-looking hood deco buildings and place it around. For trees, look for either default replacements or neighborhood deco trees.

I am surprised, nobody yet suggested Voeille's beautiful creations ...pond water, sea water, default HQ grass etc.

All those things are mentioned in the graphics improvement thread mentioned above - maybe it's better to look there.

Just to clarify, I haven’t made HQ grass replacement, the replacement of the hood grass I uploaded was made ages ago and isn’t HQ (I plan to make a HQ version of it), and I have HQ grass replacements for dirt and concrete hoods in progress (more info in the graphics improvement thread). The HQ terrain paints I made aren’t replacements. The HQ replacements I made are for snow, beach (outside of the lot) and cliff.

I have the water mod I saw it on tumblr. I remastered my whole game I just needed to finish the quality stuff.
