Default "Unable to read beyond end of stream"
Wasn't sure where to put this, as the solution could be in the UV map or just the texture image.

The 3D preview of my uvmapped mesh in SimPE shows everything correctly, with the texture looking how it should. In game however, the object looks like a pixelated rainbow (see pic). I've tried resizing the texture, remaking the UV map, and reinstalling SimPE among other things. I think it has something to do with the "unable to read beyond end of stream" error that happens when I import a new texture (using DDS).

I've read up on this error message but can't find much on it.

I just had this issue when I was using a texture that was 768 x 512. I remapped the mesh so the new UV map was 1024 by 512 and it worked.
