Hey everyone,

I'm currently working on a mall style lot, and I wondered what lot assignment I could give it? It will (hopefully) involve a bookstore, gym, pets-store, restaurant, and a dance club. Is there a way to combine these in a single lot?

Thanks in advance, and happy simming!

I've retired. But I'm still a pro at lurking.

hello,

it is possible to put many venues on a same lot. In your case I would suggest using a park or a public area as the lot type. My other suggestion would be dance club, but that would restrict the open hours, and for work places such as the restaurant (if you plan to use actual rabbithole) it would not be a good thing.

I am not sure if the pet store requires the lot type to be set to pet store, you can test - if that is the case, then pet store is the lot type you need to use. Just remember to mention in (the possible) upload post that if the user does not have pets limited edition, they need to set the lot type to something other, one of those I suggested.

Thank you for your reply armiel, and I'm sorry for not responding any sooner. My project came to a temporary halt as I finished a house for my friend, and then the exams rolled along, and well, I think you understand how things went from there I have now finally picked this project up again but after trying to get it to work for about half a day, I decided to just refurnish and reconstruct the lot to be one huge danceclub. Not sure if I will get enough sims to visit to fill all the dancefloors though, but I'll figure that out in a few days. Thanks for your help anyway though!
