Is there an empty Lucky Palms? [solved]

I love the scenery and would love a save where I just explore. I couldnt seem to find one... Anyone know of a save or world? Its hard to believe no one else has made it yet...

Here is a Lucky Palms but it has been turned green. I love it but don't know if you will or not.

If you use Awesome Mod you can type in "therapture" and it will get rid of every sim in the town.
I believe there is a way to do the same thing with Nraas mods but I have never used it.
