Default Is there a mod that prevents social groups from regenerating?
I have replaced both E001 and E002 with empty templates and have deleted all characters from their folders. But will the game make new social groupees for a new hood? I have both antiredundancy and notownieregen but don't know if either of those will affect the social groups.

I think they'll add them if you move someone into an apartment, to fill the empty ones. You could try this. http://modthesims.info/d/511564

Or this one http://cyjon.net/node/220 will give you random townie rather than social group townie neighbours.

I'm wanting to do the Test of Time challenge so there won't be any apartments. At least not until I have advanced a few generations to city-building cultures. I think they had apartments in Rome, More like tenements. I don't think anyone has done NPC replacements for the stone age. Is there a tutorial on how to do that? I have npcs for medieval, regency and Victorian hoods. I've tried Paladin's NPC replacer but couldn't get it to work. AH HA!! I found one! Search long enough.... Now if I can understand it and get it to work.

So, NoTownieRegen should prevent regular townies. And as long as I have no apartments I should have no new social groupees? My most recent new hood is full of them but they are the originals because my empty templates were replaced by an update.
