This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons, University Life, Island Paradise, Into the Future
Default Sims 3 Stuck Loading Screen
So, everytime i leave the build mode, and go to edit-town mode or edit-in-game(CAW), in order to save my creations, my game gets stuck on loading screen.

Once i left it run for about 2 hours and the loading screen circle was still there.
I already deleted the game's cache, and any custom content, but it still gets stuck. My town is not too big and it is unpopulated. What should i do? Thank you.

I fixed it, i created a brand new TS4 folder. Thank you anyway :D
