I just rediscovered why I had given the Pyromaniac trait to most of my earlier Sims: when they eat a flame fruit their energy motive will fill up. This comes in very handy while tomb raiding and at university.
I also discovered that I really like the hoverboards from ITF. Sims on hoverboards will take all new routes and often choose the footpaths over the roads. I currently have a completely new experience of the China world with my Sim on a hoverboard.
And in accordance with that I rediscovered that I really love the open world. It's the best thing about TS3 after all and I would be sorely disappointed if TS4 took that away and would rather that it'd be even more open. But I am also one of those people who could spend days in Oblivion just picking plants, avoiding all combats on the road and just wandering from one end of the world to the other.
That's because he's a spin of the Mark's Brothers. Groucho. All Roaring Heights sims are pretty much 1920's 1930's maybe even right up to 1950s Celebrity spin offs. Like Frank Astare and Judy Rogers is Fred Astare & Ginger Rogers, Gabe Ruth who lives at the house with the baseball field that's Babe Ruth. Shirley Templeton that's Shirley Temple though her story line is more like Orphan Annie because of Olivier Harbucks.
Edit :Ha ha ha and now i feel like an idiot as your name is Grumpo Marx. Well played, Well played indeed
I found out that while the Into the Future patch takes out the "Chat" interaction for a toddler, Twallan's "Overwatch" restores it.
Thumbs-up to Twallan and other modders! Seems these are the people EA needs to hire!
Really? I guess I never play without a full mod set, Overwatch included, so I didn't know EA borked that up. And the 1.66/.67 patch didn't address it? Strike that, stupid question, I should know better.
i'm not sure if this was a separate opportunity but i noticed a clickable blue star on city hall and it said "convince technology is cool", so i went to the city hall and when i zoomed in there were a bunch of sims protesting technology. i never knew you could do that.. or if it's a coincidence
also, dogs can 'look out the window' from the outside of the house. so cute!
...I also discovered that you can skip getting arrested if your sim has to answer the phone.
Oh, now that's interesting. I have been going out at night to test the response time of the curfew-cops. If I goad them from just across the street, sometimes I can dash back onto my own lot and miss getting detained even after the squad car has pulled up. But you say a well-timed phone call could do it? That would let me get much further from home.
