Default CC Free and Large Old-looking Mansions or Victorian Houses that are less than 3x3 in size?
I'm trying to set up a large Victorian-ish hood but find the process of creating larger houses overwhelming, as I am still a newbie with it and need to add several dozen of lots from scratch.

Before I used the Maxi ones, but I don't like that they have HUGE gardens as my average computer cannot handle lots thats over 3x3 in size and sometimes crashes. Doing it via the floor plan route didn't work so well either... I don't normally download lots because I'm a very careful player when it comes to lots (you know, small corruptions from moving previous played lots to lot bin stuff), and I don't like to add excess CC to my download folders and plan to modify the lots with CC I downloaded myself. But don't know where to start.

My hoods is rarely theme/style specific, but as long as they are not too modern/futuristic, anything would work. What I find is difficult to find are lots that are less than 3x3 (2x2, 2x3, 3x3 are the sizes I mostly use) and suitable for 8 sim households (or with 4+ bedrooms) and doesn't have a massive garden that take 2/3 of the lot! For lots that are less than 2x2 in size and for smaller families, I can create these myself.

Any suggestions of Users who create houses for larger families but on smaller lot sizes?

Well, if its just a few recolour (i.e walls), it doesnt matter. At first i was planning to download StephSims Gwrych lots, but was too CC heavy and I refer remodeling the decorations myself to get the feel I want (have 3GB). The Lot & House Bin seems to crash when I've too many CC based lots in it. But a couple included recolours doesnt really hurt. A few 3x4 lots are fine too.

Really liked the Boulevard lots by Stoffelsim and ekrubynaffit, yours were also pretty. :lovestruc Going to grab a couple of those for my wealthy noble and royal families (I've 50 founding families in total, but their offspring will use cloned houses instead and I've about 10 families whome I wanted a larger but not too huge lots for. The rest will be build as I play).

I make houses like that, but I haven't uploaded many. I have at least two in the link in my signature. Use CleanInstaller and select lot only to not get CC. I go light on the CC anyway so it won't make a big difference.
