This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons, University Life, Island Paradise, Into the Future
Sunlit Tides - no Stylist career?
not sure if i am just totally blind and missing something, but i am trying to get my sim to join the stylist career, however i cannot find it anywhere! its not in the newspaper, computer and not at the salon either.

help?

Does it work in other towns? It really should be there.

yes, it works in other towns.
yes, have tried all in that link except cache files (forgot about it) trying it now though...

clearing cache doesnt fix the problem either

Careers won't appear in any town unless you have the relevant career building in the town... in this case, the salon.

New career buildings auto-place in some towns... don't know if Sunlit Tides has a salon, but if not, you can just place one manually from the bin.

ok, maybe it doesnt.
i think i've worked it out - and its just me getting all confused XD

so, sunlit tides has a SPA. not a salon. because it has the same functions as a salon, i got confused.
(though i would have thought it would be the same if it had the same functions but different name. *shrug*)
