Hello everyone!

I've had a problem recently, that oddly enough started after I up and moved to a new city. I don't know how moving my computer could have done anything to it software wise but this didn't happen before the move. I have most of the expansion packs and stuff packs for the Sims 3 and when I am in create a sim I can make a supernatural sim all I want but as soon as I go to play with them they are human. They have no negative or positive side effects from the supernatural being they are suppose to be. I played around a bit and made a human sim into a vampire by having another turn him. I had one human sim buy the witch potion and she got a magical power bar but can not use a wand. Soooo..I've uninstalled and re-installed and it's still doing it. Any ideas?
