As far as the little plus signs go, the only reason I can imagine that only IP rocks actually show the effect while the others don't is that the effect is tied to the forward and up vector of the object. Maybe those go into the ground for pre-IP rocks or simply don't exist.

Seems like a nice fix. But i'm thinking can we trick the game into thinking a resort is 5 star, even an empty lot? If I have to put resort items in a black basement room, I will do it lol.

That would be cheaty. I want a more dynamic resort, which can be expanded upon other EP contents.

This is possible though. And it can easily be done with tuning mod in ResortManager.XML resource.

Did the creation of this mod ever happen? I tried to find it from Sims MX at Simlogical, but I didn't see it.
