Default WCIF a CAS filter that filters Base game CAS outfit
WCIF a mod that can show filter CAS only base game because i have all EPs and SPs and All the Store items, and it heavily bloats while im creating a sim?

I don't think such a thing is possible, however with MasterController and MCIntergration you can set it so you only see one color variation and have the store and CC stuff sorted at the bottom instead of mixed in with everything else. So, not perfect but will help ease the lag and frustration some.
