I'e recently taken out all my downloads to sort out what I thought was a mod conflict. And apparently when I put them back, I didn't put all of them. Because now I have annoyances that were previously absent in the game, and unfortunately, I can't find the mods that put a stop to them.

1) You know how when a sim is about to lose friends, there are a few messages popping up complaining from them? You haven't called me for a long time, have you forgotten about me, etc. Then when someone is not a family friend anymore, and usually a few of them at once, there is a flood of messages about it? X stopped to be a family friend, Y stopped to be a family friend, etc, etc.

2) I put a stop to hobby spam message and phone call subscription messages, but hobby guys still show up on home lots. I forgot how I stopped that.

3) When my sims use a PC, other sims are now acting stupid, they don't understand that PC is in use. Just yesterday a sim kept stomping for a few sim hours near a computer that other sim was browsing. The same goes for bathrooms, sims walk up to a shower in use and complain. I remember there was a mod to recognize a few objects already in use.

And the mod to stop hobby people was probably nohobbyspam. I thought I had it in, but I did not.

I use Autonomous computer fixes to fix the computer already in use issue. However it does other stuff too, like preventing visitors from using the computers.

I tried nohobbyspam but it must have been conflicting with something because it prevented other sims from visiting the hobby lots while my controllable was there. And as far as I remember, some jump bug when the sims finished painting a junk car (I'm not 100% sure that one was also caused by no hobby spam, I think it was). Just mentioning in case you encounter the same issue!

So I still have the hobby mavens visits for membership/plaques delivering, but I got rid of the super duper annoying useless phone calls with Cyjon's no random calls, there's one in the pack that stops the "hey, I made you come to the phone to offer you my stupid hobby magazine that you can subscribe to for free any time anyway if you want it": http://cyjon.net/node/110
