Default Neighbours in Apartment Lots
I have a question over on my Polgannon thread about neighbours getting route fails trying to get into a neighbouring apartment. I know there is a hack to stop neighbours trying to use objects in your sim's apartment and I think it's by Pescado but I can't seem to find it and I'm damned if I can remember what it's called. Anyone know? And know where it is? Did Cyjon make a similar hack?

Yes, I was looking at those but they aren't the fix I was thinking of. Basically there's a bug in the game where neighbours can sometimes 'see' into your playable apartments even if you have the door locked to everyone. Then they winge about not being able to get in to use the things inside. I must have the fix because I don't see the behaviour but I can reproduce it if I take my hacks out. I can't see which hack it is and I can't remember the name.

That's helpful - I'll go and have a look at that.

You know, I definitely remember downloading something which prevents this too, but I am also drawing a blank. I'll let you know if I find anything.

I use the sims as a psychology simulator...

I just downloaded the directors cut for AL, noroutefail is in there. http://www.moreawesomethanyou.com/s.../topic,8.0.html I need this myself if that will stop the shinanguns outside apartments. I had the same thing but simply used move objects on them, but I have it happening at an apartment in Coral Bay as well so I could do with something a bit better than getting annoyed and using moveobjects on those stomping sims.

You can force an error too. They eventually get tired of it and go off and do something else.
