The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection and fixing gamefiles.
Hey,
My game works fine few days. But then it keeps saying, that i need to install general (Sims2). I always need to set the settings and fix the resolution problem again, because of this. I fix the gamefiles on Origin.
Really annoying...

I think we are having the same problem, the game says I need to install Freetime, so I don't know if I should just uninstall and re-install to see if it will install right. Can you re-download from Origin?

Open Origin and right click on the UC icon and do a repair on it.

Your a lifesaver, I thought I was going to have to uninstall and re-install the whole thing, which is a head wrecker!!
Love to know how you knew to do that as I'd read everything I could find on the interweb but none had that all important piece of info;

I always check out every thing with both right and left click before I do any thing else just to see what is there.

Collection files are not working correctly, they're empty. The Aspiration and Career folders in collection do have items, but all grey. I can't use any of them on Community lot which are the ones I downloaded. Can anyone tell me how to fix the empty ones and the rewards too? Thanks
