I had her before, but I restarted my Pleasentview. Only now she's not in the family or occupied homes bin. Does anyone know how I can get her file back to Pleasentview? Any help is appreciated.

If you restarted a town, all your saved games and stuff won't be there. Sorry

If you restart a town, the families that came with expansion packs won't appear again.

i'm sure you can get the family back, i restarted and got all my families??
If worst comes 2 worst maybe you can find a upload of the family??

odd, whenever I restart my towns all my saved games and families are gone..... WHOA

Well when you restart all the games they will be there and just save the families you want to keep on a file and then install them when the installation is done.
