Ok this isn't exactly a problem or issue per se however I am looking for help with community lots. I've tried searching the internet but to no avail so my moddies I'm looking to you.

Basically I am looking to see if anyone has a list of the community lots, what their hours are, if they can host parties etc. It would be incredibly helpful if this was posted on Carl's Sims 3 Guide or The Sims 3 Community Lots Wikipedia page in a spreadsheet/excel layout? I'm sorry it's a terribly noobie question but if we had the option to quickly compare all lot types I find it would be extremely helpful to decide which is best for a build. Well thanks for reading!
