My partner's family are all talking about their plans for Mother's day. It's making me miss my brother so much. I wish he'd just contact me. I still remember a few years ago when he made a little treasure hunt round the house on Mother's day for me, leading to a loving letter, chocolate and an inflatable crown. My heart is literally broken.

Yesterday was a day of waffling. It was worth it.

I have new personal rules about watching YouTube; I broke my rule. As a result of watching a BookTuber, I found the books I was trying to find.

There is a company called Book Depository that is out of the UK. They were bought out by Amazon back in 2011 and ship everywhere. As a result of that, the cost of 'free delivery' around the world makes their books a bit more expensive, but they didn't pull a Barnes and Noble on me either.

The coolest thing about this site other than the fact that I found what I was looking for and may or may not have ordered a few other books from the same author is, they have books with UK covers and US covers. UK book covers are much more interesting to look at than US ones. This could be dangerous as I may be tempted at some point to order books I know nothing about based on their covers. Most of the books I have at the moment have black covers. Adding some color to the mix wouldn't be a bad idea. I already have a copy of Jurassic Park by Michael Crichton bookmarked. The cover is blue and fantastic. I've watched the movie many times, but I've never read the book. Yeah, I'm one of those people. A book version of a movie is better, most of the time.

Anyway, thanks to waffling and breaking my own rules, the adventure with District officer Benedict von Krall will continue. I'm looking forward to it.

Still working in process on deliberations with my parents on buying my replacement of a computer.

Because HP (the company that made Bessie II) is having a sale on a broad range of products, including customized towers, I am hoping to save $300 on the base price (original base price $2,300 reduced to $2,000). However, financially speaking, $2,000 plus tax is something I don't have. Currently in talks with my parents and I want to take advantage of the spring sale offer. $300 is a significant amount to pay off, so $300 is $300.

Update: Deal was closed. Bessie III is in build processes and I have a payment plan in place to pay back the desktop tower that be Bessie III. I know that $264 might be a little much, but the computer is worth it once I get it up and running and my games installed.

I have all 3 generations of The Sims in physical format. Personally, between physical and digital, if available, physical is my preference, especially since I work in the retrogaming circles as something of a connoisseur of audio/video entertainment. The oldest of my games is Pokémon Stadium for Nintendo 64.

Either way, with Bessie III in process, I should expect her arrival next month as she is a custom built tower, 3TB hard drive, 32GB memory. My father said "It's a frickin' monster!" (Exact words. Uncensored, from the mouth of a man who spent the first 21 years of my life working with computers, 15 of which were at Microsoft's numerous units as program manager.

I remember that, too. It was so sweet and thoughtful. It was a loving gesture.

I wish he would call you, too. I keep praying he will. I hope he's with friends and not on the streets.

How old is he now?

Got my meds yesterday, and braces today. Luckily, this round should only last a couple of months instead of two whole years.

It's shopping day. Aside from buying hay and dog food, I don't feel like dealing with it. Two days from now I'm going to break out with a sore throat and feel like crap. It happens every week. I have hand sanitizer with me at all times and use it, but I still pick up all the creepin' crud. I could just stay home and clean up all the hay that Houdini and Sterling so lovingly spread everywhere during the night. If I didn't know better, I'd say they have a contest to see who can fling hay the farthest once I shut lights off.

Usually at night, it's either audition for The Voice or the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games, Track and Field, adding Parkour to the Marathon.

My dad wanted a talkative cat and he got it.

More good news: If we just swap out the power supply as my father suspected that Bessie II died on me, we may be able to give Bessie II to my parents for Web surfing. If not, Bessie II will be salvaged digitally for my assets on the drive and then scrapped in the annual pick up of electronic waste.

Relieved. That's all I need to say.

Happy, for the most part.
Work wasn't too bad, even a bit calmer than usual. We were (for once) done relatively quickly, so we got an early lunch break.

Also got my new laptop in the mail *dances around happily*. I haven't started setting it up yet, but I'll probably spend some of the evening and weekend doing that. Had to carry that huge box with me on the bus, but who cares when it's finally here (safely, no scratches, and looking great!).

it could get worse at night but by so far i'm doing okay, unlike last night

however when i drinks thea i got very hot but it turned out i don't have a fever, i have 36,9 degrees, i got a warm on my own but that's because i'm sick
but when i drinked thea 1 hour ago i got hotter and hotter, i took a shower and by so far i'm doing okay

i just hope i will sleep well unlike last night when i got hot, nauseous and had a full head, i also walked as a zombie when one of my quidance woke me up when i had to eat something just because of the painkillers
good thing i stayed home today or else i couldn't focus on my work and everyone asking me if i'm doing okay and that i should stay home or something just because i don't feel well

most of the time i'm trying to focus on my work but it got worse when i could barely sleeping, i'll stay home tomorrow too, my parents knows that since they got a reply from my quidance
my mom's picking me up at 4:30PM in the afternoon just so i could take rest there too

but i did hoped i got better by today when my parents took me home yesterday, but instead of that it got worse but i'm lucky enough to stay home by tomorrow too
besides my quidance offered something today too, when i can't sleep i can click on the button and hopefully i get help like right away
it's right close to my bed so i won't have to get up

but i sure hope i won't get nightmares again unlike 2 days ago

Turned out the power supply involved with PCs are INSIDE the computer tower. I brought the power cord by accident. My father was certainly busy, but not enough to make their truck target.

Kinda sad... found out that John Robbins, host of awesome shows like "Books From Cover to Cover", "Bookbird", and "Readit", died three years ago. Really loved those old shows where the scenes would seem to just come to life as the stories were narrated.

Looking forward to Taco Day at my house.

Because we eat lunch rather than dinner as a family because my parents leave in the early afternoon to work their shifts at the restaurant (my father) and the warehouse (my mother).

I normally am given a clear and clean kitchen so I can cook a dinner. I don't normally see my parents until morning. It's a shake up from what I've been used to for many years.

Even when my family is at work, I still get panic attacks. My father has constantly worried he was the reason I have been panicking for the past 2 years.

But otherwise, I have been working on a parody of the Netflix-acquired comedy Arrested Development (originally on Fox.) (Big fan of dry humor, surrealism and slapstick, but following the family in my parody will require your undivided attention as these are the $100 questions in Cash Cab, two tiers higher and all the more reason to pay attention. But I based it off my own family. Yes, we're a strange rowdy bunch. Like the Catholic farm boys who brought cheese in the cease-fire that led to cheese fondue. Love that story about strange circumstances bringing about new foods.)

I also am working on a video game with a difficult end boss where you must fight all the previous bosses from weakest to strongest with the FINAL end boss being an Empress who destroyed numerous worlds, including her own.

i'm on day 4 after the dentist and i think i'm starting to get better, i stayed home today but i had to go to the doctor because of the beep i had before i used nasal spray for my ears.
it turned out that i still get a cold but not that much anymore so i still need to use the nasal spray 1 time per day

i also slept well this time 4 days after i visited the dentist for my wisdom-teeth, my mom's gonna pick me up in an hour, i just felt dizzy after i visited the doctor also after i took a shower (i always take a warm shower)
it's really warm in my country, i got a warm while walking outside on my way to the doctors but also on my way home, i took a warm jacket on so that might be the cause i got a warm while walking outside
however i took a thin coat on, i need to drink more today or else i will get thirsty because of a dry throat

however i hope it will stay that way that i'm getting better just so i could get to work this upcoming monday
