Kurasoberina's probably the best when it comes to realistic skins (at least that I can find). I suggest looking through all of her downloads as she has quite a few skins, as well as extremely accurate celebrity Sims. http://kurasoberina.tumblr.com/tagged/downloads

For high contrast skins I recommend the Outstanding series by Rock The Sims Italy:
