Default A fence to hide wall-"edges"
What I mean is something like this:

At night, the upper edges of walls are blue in Sims 3. You usually don't see that, but if you have a foundation in your house, there are also blue edges showing at the sites and I'm looking for a way to disguise that. There's 1 small fence in the game that you can use as a border, but it's still sorta big for this purpose and it doesn't cover all of it either.
