The Thin Red Line.

"Where is it that we were together? Who were you that I lived with? The brother. The friend. Darkness, light. Strife and love. Are they the workings of one mind? The features of the same face? Oh, my soul. Let me be in you now. Look out through my eyes. Look out at the things you made. All things shining."

God, I love Terrence Malick movies. The narration is always so poetic.

I was watching Princess Castle... Because it was On Demand... But it kinda sorta really possibly sucks.

And never again, and never again...They gave us two shots to the back of the head... And we're all dead now...

'28 days'. Gosh, what a good film. It has to be good when you are crying one minute and laughing the next.
However, it definitely helps if it has Aragorn in it... Hehe.

but always yields to purifying light.

Reviving!

I watched the 2006 movie Marie Antoinette last night. Absolute rubbish! The acting was really quite lousy, the director of this film chose to potray Marie as a poor little rich girl and missed out vital parts of Marie's story.

When it (finally) gets to the end of the movie you see Marie, her husband and two children in a carriage leaving, the King asks Marie "Are you admiring the view?" to which she replies "no, i'm saying goodbye" And WHAM! credits start. No mention of her family's fate, which you should know was excecution, while her son died in prison and her eldest daughter was finally released and went into exile for the rest of her life, she was not married and died childless.

The only thing I enjoyed about the movie was the palace, seeing as they were filming on location, and the costumes. Those costume designers are amazing!

I re-watched Tangled (For the 3rd time this week...) this morning. I quite like it. Especially the frying pan.

I'm currently watching the one scene in Phantom of the Opera over and over because I'm obsessed with the "Phantom of the Opera" song, and I'm too chicken to watch the rest of the movie. It looks slightly... disturbing.
