This is the newcrest building challenge.

Rules;
For this challenge you must use a child from a rich family e.g The Villareal's, The Landgraab's, The Spencer-Kim-Lewis family and more rich families.
You can customize the whole family using the cheat; cas.fulleditmode.
Once you have chosen the child from that family move them out and give them 150,000.
Buy a house or create in newcrest that is 0-50,000$.
Every week try and create at least one new estate.
Once you have filled up newcrest you have completed the challenge.
