everybody's career has to start somewhere

Hello everyone,
This is my first custom career. Let me know if there's any problems, I'm sure I can fix them.
I noticed there was a hockey career and no figure skating career so I decided that a figure skating career was needed. In this career your sim will progress up through the ranks of the competitive figure skating field and hope that someday they can be an olympic champion.
Some figure skaters may tell you that in real life the pay for figure skaters should be negative because it's so expensive to pay for lessons, competitions, travel, dresses and so on. That's why in my career track the sim is always doing side jobs of one form or another to pull in much needed cash. That was the only way I could justify keeping the pay levels above zero.
As your sim gets to the higher levels, the hours become very long because only the most dedicated can survive international competition. There are chance cards for 5 of the levels.
Here's a description of the levels:
1) Snack bar cashier $155
You managed to get your first job at the ice rink for minimum wage. You'll be selling candy and ice cream to little kids, pizza and hot dogs to the teenagers. You'll also be cleaning tables when the crowd dies down. Work on your mechanical skills so you can learn to operate some of the equipment around the rink and maybe get promoted.
You get to ice skate for free any time you want since you are now an employee and you get free group lessons to cover the basics of ice skating.
2) Janitor $160
You've been promoted to janitor which gives you a bit of a breather from the heavy crowds on the weekends. Being a janitor at the ice rink is touger than being a janitor at other buildings because the floor is covered in rubber. The rubber is soft enough to protect the sharpness of the blades of the skater's ice skates but the downside is that it's very difficult to scrub the food and drink stains out of the rubber. This type of cleaning is hard work that leaves you drained by the end of the day. Work on your body skill so you can get promoted.
3) Skate guard $210
You now have a job skating on the ice, enforcing the safety rules and assisting injured skaters. This is a great promotion because you get to spend so much time practicing your skating skills. When nobody is looking you can sneak a glance at the skating coaches teaching their students and learn a few skills. Just don't practice those tricks when the skating coaches are looking. Skating 17 hours a week is exhausting but fun. Work on your mechanical skills if you want to get promoted.
4) Zamboni driver $245
You now get to drive the zamboni which resurfaces the ice and makes it smooth again. You are making so much money that you can afford to take private lessons with a skating instructor. She keeps telling you that if you can improve your physical fitness that you'll be ready for skating competitions.
5) Competitive skater $263
Nothing is quite as exhausting as getting up early in the morning to do skating lessons when the ice is empty of other skaters. Who else would want to wake up this early? Paying for all the lessons and competitions is only possible because you've been promoted to manager at the ice rink. To start winning competitions you'll have to not only get stronger, but learn the art of choreagraphy. Pick some music to play during your competition's program and try to interpret through your skating what the composer was thinking when he wrote it. You'll need to boost your creativity to pull this off.
6) Regional champion $371
All that hard work has finally paid off. You are starting to win a lot of skating competitions including the competition for your region. This qualifies you to go to the national skating competition. The competition at the higher levels is even tougher. You'll have to work longer hours and cut out your other hobbies. You'll have to put more of your own emotions in your skating program. Travelling around the country for skating competitions can be very expensive so it's a good thing you have a side business sharpening peoples' skates.
7) International Competitor $505
You've placed on the podium in the national competition and you've earned the right to represent your country in international competitions. At this point you are competing against some of the strongest athletes in the world so you'll have to spend all your time advancing your skills and preparing for the next competition. You are making a little money on the side as a skating coach. Your reputation allows you to charge a fee higher than most coaches. Try to boost your charisma and you might be able to attract a sponsor.
8) National champion $800
After cutting out everything from your life except skating you've finally won the national competition. Your name is known in every ice rink accross your country. You've picked up an even bigger sponsor that makes skates. Your face now appears on their posters that are on the walls of skating shops everywhere. Now that money isn't a problem, you'll need to concentrate on winning some international competitions.
9) Worlds champion $1200
Every years the worlds competition decides the best skater for that year. Now that you've won it, your eternal fame in the skating world is assured. Your creativity has allowed you to invent a new skating maneuver that everyone is trying to copy and the skating press has named after you. While winning worlds is great, every skater knows the greatest competition of all comes every 4 years at the olympics. Study hard and maybe you can win.
10) Olympic champion $2700
You've won olympic gold! Your face is on television screens around the world and your sponsors have put your face on enough products to make sure everyone knows your name. A new generation of little skaters takes to the ice dreaming of being you.
