You need to remove the sea and sky parameter files, or at least mod them. Twinbrook has custom sky files, and they sometimes give fog. If you remove them completely then you will have clear skies and blue water as in Sunset Valley.

Oh, simsample, you are great! Surely you deserved for super moderator title

Have you any ideas, how can I add a "city sounds" (as in Bridgeport or Starlight Shores) for my town?

The city sounds come from the building shells*, the LN high rise buildings have them and possibly some of those used in Starlight Shores too.

Or if you want lots of traffic noise, you could use Twallan's traffic mod to give you lots of taxis.

*Edited to add- thinking about it, it may be the NPC room markers that give the traffic sounds.

I want give for my world clouds and sunny wheather but I don't see this in tutorial (maybe my english is not enough to understand all). And this custom sky files in Twinbrook... Will I find it in S3PE (when I open world file)? Becouse I must remove this sky files if I don't want Twinbrook weather. I hope you understand me becouse I feel I incredibly hurt english language :P

And one more... I editing Twinbrook in CAW and I remove all sims from town (premade families and npc etc). Can I create new sims like service or others for town? I know that I can create families but I don't know about services and other npc sims.

Your English is very good, I can understand you just fine!

For the sea and sky parameters, yes you will see the files when you open the world file in S3pe. Just look for these files and remove them if present to get back to the default weather:

For making a sunny, cloudy weather for your world, that's complicated to explain how in one sentence- but all of that information is contained in this thread:
http://modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=459198
There are many parameters that control cloud speed, cloud direction, cloud appearance, shadow length, sun diameter, etc., and also there are files which control the colours of the light, sky, shadows, water etc. If you just want a sunny, clouded sky then you could always use the files that I made for my world Jericho. I have five weather types- mainly it is sunny with small clouds, but you also get some cloudy days, and the odd stormy and overcast day. You can get those files here:
http://www.4shared.com/archive/rRNs..._Resources.html
(try username [email protected] and the password modthesims to get those)
The files you need are in the 'config' folder, just discard the 'extras' folder.
And this is an image to show those files in action:
https://thumbs2.modthesims.info/img/...343-Weather.jpg
Otherwise you could try the weather files from the other EA worlds, for example Sunlit Tides or Lucky Palms. They are all in post#3 of that thread I linked to. You just need to open your world file in S3PE and import the weather files and colour ramps.

If you have more questions about the weather parameters, the best place to ask them are in that thread:
http://modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=459198

For creating service sims and NPCs, yes you can do that- you can use a mod such as Twallan's Register to assign sims to roles such as bartender, and Twallan's Master Controller can be used to set the service of a sim (for example, repoman).

simsample, you are really walking encyclopedia Thanks again!

So I will not make a new thread so... In roads editor there are few paramenters. In sidewalk textures are 3 parameters, I don'n know, how they name in english version CAW but I have "base texture"(first), "normal texture" (second) and opacity (transparency?) texture (third). The second texture is responsible for ilussion of 3D on sidewalk (originally fill between the EA sidewalk cubes). And my question is, how can I make my own "normal texture"? I make it in Photoshop and saving as a .tga texture and nothing. I don'd have transparency effect as in EA "normal texture". I tried make a blue background of my texture as in EA, and black, and more, and nothing, it's doesn't working. I know how make third texture "opacity" but second I don't know how. Please help.
