Jacoban Flaming Sword-How Does The Priest Make It? (Resolved)

Okay, I give up! I'm playing the quest where the Yacothian leader dies and I've selected the Knight as primary hero and the Jacoban Priest as the secondary hero. One of the Priest's tasks is to Make the Flaming Sword. The quote on the task pane is "I hope I don't burn my hands..." or words to that effect. I've been to the Blacksmith to see whether he would craft the sword and the priest "activates" it with the oil, but that doesn't appear to be the answer. I'm trying to think of any other "hot" spots in the Kingdom where the sword could be made, but to no avail. Can anyone give me a hint as to how I would go about making this flaming sword?
