What file is our custom colors and paterns
Hi
I want to back up my Sims 3 files. Which file is the one for when we customize a pattern or color on a couch for example. LOL if anything happens to the town I just made I want to make sure that all the colors and patterns I have done I don't loose.

according to twallan here the userpresets.package saves the favourites in your cas and I am pretty sure it also saves the colour arrangements. The new patterns are in your downloads folder where you installed them and you need to reinstall them- if you have changed them later in cas, these changes should be in the userpresets.package as well.

Yes, when you save custom styles in Create-A-Style (pattern, texture, recoloured clothing, furniture, wallpaper, floor, etc.) they all go into userpresets.package.
