A quick question
I have no idea where this goes, so I'm sorry if this is in the wrong area.

I installed a Sims2Pack today, I hadn't installed one before, now what do I do with the file? Delete it, put it in downloads? I'm sorry I just want it to work. (And it wasn't mentioned in downloading for fracking idiots.)

The SimPack is just the Maxis version of an archive. Once you have installed the contents and are happy that they are showing up in your game you can delete it.
