So, I like the drifting of Sims 3 -- I'm too used to it to get rid of it. However, I want to be able to zoom in on a sim in live mode and in build mode, and I want to be able to zoom far out in map mode (or any other mode where I can see the whole town). Where can I find a mod with more zooming that does not affect drifting?

Thank you so much! That helps quite a bit, fixes one of my sims 3 camera issues. Now, to find a zoom out camera mod, so that I could be able to get pictures of a town or of an ocean or something along those lines. O.O

Have you tried Brntwaffles' or Aikea Guinea's camera mods? While they reduce drift it is not completely gone, so maybe those are an option, too.

I use the 1.55 version of Buhudain's Camera Mod along with the regular Tab button to get cool panoramic shots.

The drift suffers a bit -- it's effing slow -- but pressing the Shift button helps speed it up.

@VIncent_T I can't get into simsasylum. Brntwaffles seems to do the trick though. And thank you, @murfee, I think I had that one before but it wasn't for me...

SimsAsylum requires registration - sorry, I should have added that. The one by brntwaffles is a modification of Shimrod's mod though.
