I am looking for a free in-game picture taken program that will take good pictures that I can use to upload more of my hoods here at MTS.

I have tried to use Fraps but MTS will not accept them as good enough to use.
I have tried to use CS3 but for some reason it makes the pictures with to many kb for MTS.

Use Photoshop, and use Save For Web. It'll allow you to adjust the quality and see what the file size is. We've significantly upped the file size limit though (around 800 kb) so it shouldn't really be an issue as much as it used to be.

Thanks HystericalParoxysm I wish I would have asked this before I gave CS3 away almost 2 years ago.

Is there any free ones out there.

Irfanview, Gimp, or Paint.NET should be able to do it.
