I have a romance Sim who is currently working on the 'have 5 loves at once' want. So far she's seduced the maid, a member of the garden club and the evil warlock and is working on her next victim. XD

She was extraordinarily lucky to not get busted once when her husband came home early due to getting a bad chance card at work and she was shagging the maid in the closet. Fortunately they live in a fricking mansion and it took him that long to walk anywhere near them lol.

In my custom neighborhood named Evertone, there exists a woman named Leanne Babylon, or as several other sims call her, the whore of Evertone. She's promiscuous, but that would be tolerated if she wasn't also a homewrecker and a gold digger. She had a relationship with a man named Alcer Raetos, who is the richest man in Evertone. She had five children with him so she could get some of his money and before she abandoned him and the kids, she slept with another man and had his child just to spite Alcer and then moved out. She's ruined quite a few relationships and marriages as well too.

There's also a playboy father who reluctantly took in the one child he knows he had from a one night stand, who he's training in the arts of being a playboy and he's already had a steady girlfriend and cheated on her several times.

I'm also pretty sure I have a black widow in the works as well, but I haven't played in a little while. In the long run, it's pretty tame scandals, but they're there.

Oooh, that hack sounds fun! What's it called, if you don't mind me asking?

My go-to plot scandal is teen pregnancy. I have a whole trailer park full of pregnant teen drop-outs in my custom 'hood Georgetown. The most enjoyable (but probably most sadistic) plot-twist I've ever done was when I role-played the car crash of a drunk teen in my 'hood. I even wrote up a little article about it, newspaper style. (Yeah, I'm lame xD) I put it in the spoiler if anyone wants to read it. :3

Sadly, my beloved Georgetown is in a coma atm, on its way to computer heaven. A baby recently disappeared in the household of my founding line, resulting the "Had $subject!" memory, and I realised my 'hood was corrupted. I'm unsure whether to do a manual uninstall and then reinstall the 'hood from old backups (except that I have no way of knowing when exactly the corruption started), or extract each playable Sim with SimPE (all 58 of them :l) and then manually uninstall/reinstall and reconstruct from scratch. Hmmm...

Well, it's hard to make public scandals that don't involve affairs for some reason. I wish I was more imaginative

In my hood Kaylinn Langerak has a scanadaluos reputation. That's because she had kids with three playables and named them in honor of their fathers, making everything really obvious. Like, a kid from Daniel Pleasant is named Danielle, the one from Don is named Donna, and the one from Stephen Tinker is Stephanie. You have to agree that it's pretty retarded and that's why it's so hilarious. But it's handy that I can't forget which is from which sim

There are various non-romance "scandals", but they're hushed up. Like when the evil syndicate in my hood, comprised of six sims (a mayor being one of them, just like real life!) forged proof to accuse Malcolm Landgraab of something as vile as rape. He gave them away his real estate business to make sure that the case was never brought to public attention. Even though he wasn't guilty, the mayor told him his money wouldn't buy him a fair trial, unless they were given to her. He believed her and gave her a business she wanted to buy her off.

Another sim, a criminal mastermind, somehow just happens to have three bolts with all richest sims in my hood. I interpreted it as they were enchanted, so she slept with them once, took pictures and blackmailed them each for 50000 or the pix would be shown to their wives.

The story of how a mayor became a mayor is worthy of a scandal, too. If only unsuspecting sims knew that magic of Kimberly Cordial was involved to sway them.

Then there's the story of two sims getting revenge on another. They abducted him, packed him and sent him off to apocalyptic Strangetown. But not before they killed him and resurrected him again with a genie lamp, to make sure he's young again and will have to suffer for a long time in Strangetown

There are more stories like that. And it would be no fun if all of that became known to the public and became open scandals! The members if the evil syndicate would have to stop its activities, ending up in jail.

Actually, evil syndicates are often known, but not in jail. That's because the police have to get firm evidence which will stand up in court.

That's nice, I was planning on creating an opposing group. But so far no luck, Malcolm Landgraab is alone in this, even though he accidentally happens to be BFFs with a playable who is a police chief. Other sims who got blackmailed only know about blackmail from one single person and don't suspect her to be a real criminal, just greedy.

I had a male Sim, Alex, from a major family in the neighbourhood marry a female he was attracted to at university. But members of another major family turned up to the wedding and made a big scene. The daughter in that family claimed that the groom promised to marry her. It made things very awkward. After a while Alex felt obliged to divorce his wife (the wedding had tainted everything) and marry the daughter of the other family (name's forgotten it was so long ago). She was beautiful but not a good mother. I felt sorry for Alex.
Then I had another scandal whereby a male Sim slept with the wives of his male cousins in order to get a male heir with the right surname (it's a long story).

I'm not normally one for scandals in my neighborhoods, but I've got two minor ones going on right now. First is a teenage girl who's crushing on her married, adult neighbor. She's tried to kiss him twice now and twice he's rejected her - and yet she's still crushing on him :D. Can't wait to see what ACR makes her do next.

The other scandal involves the Barrett family. It's William and Henrietta and their 15 year old son Dominic. William and Henrietta only ever wanted 1 child, they live in a nice house with two bedrooms, and William has his own business which generally does well but is going through a slight rough patch right now. So when Henrietta unexpectedly became pregnant (through risky whoohoo), that was quite a blow. Abortion was a step too far for Henrietta, but she didn't exactly want a baby in the house again either. So Henrietta and William decided to give the baby up for adoption. As soon as the baby was born - a girl they named Suzie - they gave her up for adoption. Meanwhile, Dominic is a typcial teenager, more concerned with his friends, school and basketball than the fact that his mother got pregnant and had a baby. Especially considering he never even saw the baby. However, that will change when he goes to university, due to a girlfriend who's adopted herself. He'll start to think about his little sister, about his parent's decision, and whether or not he agrees with it. Much drama up ahead!

The tendency of Sadie Point and Ashley Pitts-Upsnott to flirt when they meet at parties is a recurring problem in Drama Acres. After the most recent incident at Sadie's cousin's birthday party, Brittany Pitts-Upsnott, who prefers to remain friends with both the Points - Sadie and her husband Clovis - invited them both over and kissed Ashley in front of Sadie, then encouraged Clovis to flirt with Sadie, which should have been the end of it. And it's true that Sadie and Clovis, Brittany and Ashley, are good with each other now. But Ashley insisted on crashing the birthday party the Points threw for their twin daughters, and Sadie's little sister Sparrow attacked him. Meanwhile, Harris Hawkins still can't forgive Clovis for all the dating around Clovis did while dating Sadie before marriage. Overweight, sedentary, ten-nice-points Harris beat star athlete Clovis up about that at a party once, long ago, and neither of them can forget it, much to the mortification of their kids.

Although her family stands solidly behind her, Theodora Ottomas has caused a few dust-ups in her time. She sowed her wild oats pretty thoroughly in college, dating the entire frat in turn. This has caused a distinct coldness between Emilio Casa and his brother-in-law David Ottomas, and outright hostility between David's wife/Emilio's sister Susana and Theodora. They came near to blows at Tom's wedding, and David didn't even try to make Susana come to Theodora's nuptials. Tese were marked by a violent confrontation between Heidi McAuley, a friend of groom Joe Grundstrom, and Theodora's big sister Sharla. Heidi, though engaged to Maddox Estic-Moiselle (after dating his big brother Dominic, who coincidentally is the first guy Theodora ever dated and not coincidentally the first she ever cheated on), until recently had a thing with Guy Gergis, one of Theodora's frat boys. None of this retarded the progress of Theodora's marriage to Joe, however. The ghosts of Peter and Samantha engineered a massive birth control failure on Theodora's wedding night, so she was already pregnant when Guy invited household on her and Joe and they visited the Swingin' Bachelors, a household consisting entirely of Romantically inclined men, all of whom Theodora has been with at one time or another. Theodora carelessly accepted a flirt from one of them in front of Joe, which naturally made him furious, and then she immediately had to run off to be morning sick. With the baby on the way, Joe's natural good nature, and Theodora's supreme talent for smoothing things out with men, Joe has forgiven her - but he has not forgiven Gary, the guy who flirted with her.

Meanwhile, Guy has been dating around, trying to shake the twin wants to fall in love with his triple-bolt sister-in-law Helen (who just had his brother's baby and is perfectly happy) and with Theodora (which he certainly knows better by now). He was out with a new woman, Camryn Lee, when he ran into Heidi, who'd been wondering how to explain her engagement to Maddox to him. This became a non-issue, but after Heidi hit him he rolled a want to get engaged to Camryn (this was their first date!), apparently thinking it would solve his problem. When he took her home and she hopped naked into the tub I decided to go ahead and move her in, and they threw the wedding party the same day. Joe was already there, having stopped by to poke Gary and have a drink with his frat brothers, and Theodora was also in attendance, while Heidi crashed the party, but miraculously no fight broke out. Heidi in fact led the toasts!

Drama Acres would be a much less exciting place without Theodora.

Ugly is in the heart of the beholder.

Oh, I forgot about THE scandal earlier on in Veronaville. One of my Sims, Henri, visited a house of “ill repute” and had a liaison with one of the residents, a beautiful blonde. Unbeknownst to him, she got pregnant. As she was not a good mother, the toddler was taken away. Henri heard about it finally and adopted his son. The blonde was immortal (I rarely played her) and so was still young and beautiful-looking when she met her son, Artois. They did not know of each other’s relationship and woohooed! The blonde had yet another baby as a result. Again, the toddler was taken away (still not a good mother). Artois subsequently adopted his son (and half-brother!).

In Riverbend, Peter Ottomas comes home with Sanjay To the Ramaswami household. As they hop out the car, Sanjay goes directly to sleep and Peter goes and sees his close friend Priya tending her garden. Peter checks her out and thinks Priya is hot stuff. Priya is enjoying the attention from Peter with his 3 bolts compared to Sanjays 0....
She goes for it, charms Peter than makes out with him, instant love.
Out of desperation Priya and Peter hook up in a tent. Sanjay comes out trying to slap Priya, and strangely enough Samamtha just happened to walk by their house? Lol not really a favorite but, the most recent anyway

He might not be so happily married if his wife/husband found out.

I have a minor 'scandal' I guess. I have a romance sim living with his favorite lover - they have two kids together and he offered to stay home and raise the children while his lover is the breadwinner however it's a cover to invite other lovers over and woohoo without getting caught. Toddlers and babies don't care and as soon as they get to school there's some hours in there he can sneak off to a motel with one of the ladies form the escort service. I have no doubt stuff and fights will go down if his main lover finds out. He might get shunned by his family (father & siblings) as well for being so sleazy.

Uh oh! My social bar is low - that's why I posted today.

Sorry, I've had a few scandals in Veronaville with a couple of major families. One of my Sims was married with a teenage daughter when he split from his wife and married his lover. His new wife subsequently had twin daughters but had not wanted any children and couldn't cope. She decided to deposit the toddlers at an orphanage before killing herself. Her husband, now a widower, was devastated to come home from work to an empty house, and killed himself as well. The girls grew up to be beautiful, happily married young women. One of them is a good mother, the other has had three children taken away from her and is in danger of losing two more.

Also in the orphanage was a daughter of the Lillard family who thought she was too ugly to be the heir. She grew up to be quite good looking and sought her revenge. Her siblings (who ended up being uglier than her) both died in tragic accidents and her mother died young. Her father was a mastermind criminal so she alerted the police to his whereabouts (at home, funnily enough) and he spent the rest of his life in prison. She ended up the sole occupent of the Lillard mansion and now has an illegitimate heir.

I think my recent favorite scandal is the one concerning Mary Gavigan. On the outside, she looked and acted like the perfect little housewife and mother. She took a lot of interest in her husband and son, and wanted to have a larger family so that she could shower down praise on them as well. But no matter how hard they tried, Nathan just couldn't get her pregnant.

After a few days (which is a long time for sims!) of trying with no success, Mary just couldn't stand it anymore. Baby fever was taking over and she wanted another baby....NOW. And so, perfect mother and housewife waited until her son and husband were at work and called over one of Nathan's friends by the name of Juan Reamon. She knew what she was about to do was wrong, and so did Juan, but she wanted a baby and he wanted her to be happy. Having a baby didn't sound all that bad to Juan either. And so, they woohooed and he was out of the house before everybody returned home. That night, Mary made sure to woohoo with Nathan so that he wouldn't get too suspicious if she had gotten pregnant by Juan.

Enter JeanClaude DeBelle - local romancer and adult club owner. JC had been wooing (and woohooing) every girl that would have him. Being a mulch-millionaire and rather attractive meant that he never had to work all that hard to find a lover. And when he saw the beautiful Mary Gavigan walking by his house one day looking rather down, he knew that she would have to be his next conquest. And so it was that he eventually charmed Mary and managed to get her into his bed.

JC also had a live in lover who was just as wild as he was and thought nothing of the fact that JC threw wild parties that only adults of a certain wild nature were allowed to attend. Being the wild girl that she was, JC's lover soon found herself pregnant with JC's child just as Mary realized that she had indeed fallen pregnant by Juan. But that didn't stop the parties, nor did it stop Mary sneaking out to be with the rich JC. What did put a hamper on things, though, was when JC's lover gave birth and there was a baby boy in the house.

Not willing to stop with his wild parties, JC began speaking Mary, who had just given birth to Juan's twin girls. JC knew that her family was in desperate need of money, and he desperately needed rid of his newborn son. and so he offered Mary $50,000 do raise the boy alongside her daughters, just as if she had given birth to him. Mary agreed, figuring that Nathan wouldn't mind the extra money. Nathan had already figured there was something amiss when the twins were born and Juan just happened to be present at the time of the birth - not to mention that Juan's eyes sparkled like only a new father's eyes could when he first saw the babies. What would one more child hurt? Mary knew that Nathan would come to love the boy just as he had grown to love the twins.

And so, Mary took the little boy home, Nathan just stood in awe as he glanced from the baby to the check Mary handed him, JC continued to throw his wild parties (a few of which Mary attended) and the babies are all growing together as triplets as far as the family is concerned, even if baby Narcissus looks nothing like any other member of the family.

The moon so bright shows me the way
Deep in the graveyard beside her I lay
Knowing she'll keep me safe from all harms
Though six feet apart, I lay in her arms...

Oh something just popped up last night that was scandalous and because I didn't pay attention.
I have a sim named Yvette who is a romance sim with no moral boundaries - if any man sim shows interest she exploits it (ACR)

Yesterday was Madison Piper's graduation from Academie LeTour, she was a big sim on campus so she has tons of friends, including Yvette, and all of Yvette's high-chemistry man-interests, their fiances, and including Madison's own fiance.

So basically Yvette has a little too much blended drinks and then goes around being inappropriate with just about all of Madison's friend's fiances. She must have done something with Madison's fiance too because right now I have FIVE women, including Madison that want to see Yvette's ghost. They are certainly not BFF's anymore. In fact, I think Yvette lost most of her women friend's at yesterday's graduation party. I probably would try to indulge them but Yvette is a new mommy to twins too (the baby daddy is actually married to someone else).

She will just have to stick it out and learn to go after men that aren't claimed by others.

And these men have some patching up to do with their fiances as well.

Uh oh! My social bar is low - that's why I posted today.

It's a pity that there isn't a check to see if it would ruin a friendship if you hit on a sim. Even a Romance sim should consider her best friend's fiance off limits.

I am sure I could have set it specifically with ACR, but it's all defaulted. I could have configured Yvette to only pursue single sims but then again, not sure if 'fiance' would count as 'single' in accordance with the Mod.
