The tumblr she got them from no longer exists. There is a similar version here. Click on the comments and the link will be there. I just downloaded and scanned the download with Nortons. No viruses.

If you don't like those, there are many versions of 'crystal eyes'. I liked these as I'm not a fan eyes that have highlights everywhere.
