Can anyone tell me where I can find 18th century clothing for men, or vampire-style clothes and accessories; like a long coat or a cape? thanks.

Just an update: it has come to my attention, for anyone using that BB pirate outfit in question, that EA borked the outfit so that it doesn't recolor pure black--how dumb is that?  Luckily, Ptylo created this editted version (doesn't require BB; it's a new creation), that allows you to recolor the outit PROPERLY.  http://ptylos.wordpress.com/2012/03...ed/#comment-624 So there's now another pirate outfit we can let our sims wear--YAY!!!!

thanks for the link. also, does anyone know where i can find an Inverness coat/cape in either an outfit or as an accessory? (kind of like the cape worn by Barnabas Collins from the Dark Shadows series) |

I belive they do http://store.thesims3.com/waystoPay.html Though you need to have a game registered on the site (even if you already have it registered in Origin as they're seperate), just base game will do to be able download anything from the store i think. |

all of the games i have are registered. sadly, i never really got to redeem my free points. i never could. and that was after i registered my base game.  once i get sim points, i'll be sure to download |

Are you kidding!?  When you registered the base game did you get Riverview? Riverview is supposed to come with 1000SP!! And do you have WA? WA came with 1000SP and the Expolorer's Loot set, did you get any of those? No other EP offered free simpoints, but for WA and the base ame you should have definitely got 2000SP free of charge--call EA customer support right away at 866-543-5435 -- they are the only ones who can reimburse points and look into your account history to see what kind of simpoints were ever accreditted to your account, to prove whether you ever got 1000SP for your game. i didn't know Riverview came with sim points. i just downloaded it right now when i read your post about it. so far, i don't have any sim points. i'm assuming i might be able to get them in a day or so afterwards, but i dunno. O.o |
