i need some help (not suprisingly) i'm making accessories and also some hair and i have only read about a sentance on morphs and bone assignments. so basically im a complete noob to Bone assignments and morphs, is there perhaps a tutorial on how to do Bone assignments and morphs? or can someone explain to me what it does and how i would make Bone assignments and morphs?

I suggest Create -> Sims 3 -> Tutorials -> CAS -> General CAS Tutorials; there's a tutorial in there on adding a pregnant morph (I don't know the link, but the title is very obvious) as an introduction to morphs.
For bone assignments, I suggest this for getting the basic concepts: Tutorials:3D Meshing Part V^wiki. For figuring out more complex stuff, the best way is to poke at some EA meshes and see how they do it.
