Default How to use Twallan Porter?
I downloaded that mode but I don't know where to find "Pack" interaction. Should I be on edit town mode? Or maybe there is a special way to install it which I don't know?

Questions regarding how to use specific custom content should be directed to the creator. Twallan's mods are found on a forum site and you can post questions in the thread there and Twallan (or other members) can help you there. Twallan's super nice and gives great support for his mods, so I'm sure you can find a solution.
