This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default Pink flashing neighborhoods
I've never posted anything before but.. I downloaded UC on my new laptop i just got and when i started it and loaded a neighborhood. it looked like this




I've tried downloading "GraphicsRule Maker" and it didn't work. please help

This new laptop may not be able to handle Sims 2 but without the specs of it we can not tell from just 1 pic.

Please gives us the specs to this laptop and maybe a link to it also would help.

As this computer is new,you need install the NVIDIA GeForce Experience driver .

It should be able to play Sims 2 just find but the laptop may have 2 graphics system and you need to make sure Sims 2 is using the Nvidia card and not the onboard if it has both.

I already updated my drivers and Marka93 i tried what you said but i still see the pink neighborhoods :/ no idea what the problem is

You might want to leefish and let them look at the graphics rules you've installed. Maybe the rules maker didn't work for your system.
