Default How can I extract game items??
I'd like to extract some game items for example the whistle for saver.

Lite this, some game items sims use (magnifiers or vaccine tool)

How can I extract that kinds of game items????

If I understood correctly, the objects of the game to other 3D programs (eg 3DS Max) can be removed with the help of 3D RipperDX or Ninja Ripper...

Or you could use Sims 3 Object Cloner, which hunts down in-game objects such as the magnifying glass and vaccination needle and lets you convert them into a .package file for further use.
